Any olive oil above 250 mg/kg can technically claim it is "high-polyphenol." Our olive is superior and contains over 2,000 milligrams of polyphenols per kilogram. That means you would need to use over 10x of other high-polyphenol olive oils to equal the properties of wildbranch.
